FAQs:
What is your Return/Exchange Policy? 

I strive to make all of my customers happy. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. I will only accept returns and exchanges on items that are defective or different from what you purchased. You must contact me within 14 days and return it within 30 days of receiving the order. If the item is damaged, I will ask for a photo of the damage first.

Items that cannot be returned:
– Custom orders
– Digital Downloads

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original unused condition. Refunds will only be made once I have received the product. If item is not returned in its original unused condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 days of your payment being processed. Any made to order items or custom orders can take 1-3 weeks before shipping. Typically I can complete and ship custom orders within the week they are ordered, however that is not guaranteed and it depends on my work load at the time. If you have a specific time frame you need the item by, please message me before purchasing to see if I can ensure that it will ship before then. Custom orders must be paid for in full before I begin the creation process.

All items are shipped via USPS and tracking information is included. The Craft Penguin cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Insurance can be purchased for an additional fee.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees and The Craft Penguin is not responsible for any delays in customs.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Yes! If you are outside of the US and are interested in any of our products, feel free to contact me about shipping costs. I will be happy to find out the exact cost and let you know before you make your purchase! This way you are not being over charged for shipping (mostly due to my lack of overseas shipping knowledge).

Do you take custom orders? 

Absolutely! Custom orders are my favorite! Please contact me directly so we can discuss what you have in mind. I will take time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want!

Who makes all of the items in your shop?

I personally create most of the items in my shop. I create all of the string arts and most of the crochet items. My partner, Heather, creates the baby blankets and some other crochet items.
